Permitted Uses of the Site and Content

All content, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site ("Content"), is owned by, controlled by, or licensed to Yaxka'an. The permitted uses of the Content are listed below. Yaxka'an reserves the right to change these permitted uses at any time.

• Yaxka'an grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to view, store, bookmark, download, copy, and print pages from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless you receive advance written permission from Yaxka'an, you may not exploit any Content for commercial purposes, retransmit it as a mass distribution, or publish it on another site.
• If you link other websites to this Site, you may not imply or suggest that Yaxka'an has endorsed or is affiliated with such websites, and you may not display this Site as "framed" within another website.

Prohibited Uses of the Site and Content

Yaxka'an does not grant any license or right to use the material on this Site other than those set out above, and you may not make any other use of such material without Yaxka'an's written permission. Without limiting the foregoing:

• You agree not to copy large portions of the Site (e.g., via bots, robots, or spiders that "harvest" the Site), interfere with the Site's operation, or restrict or inhibit others from using the Site.
• If you download any information or material from the Site, you agree not to remove or obscure any copyright or other notices or legends contained in such information or material. You may not alter or modify the Content in your copies.
• You may not violate any law, regulation, rule, or intellectual property or contractual rights of others, nor attempt to violate the security of this Site or use or gain access to the identities, information, or computers of others through this Site.
• You may not transmit any virus, worm, or similar system interference through this Site. Yaxka'an has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor this Site for any unauthorized or objectionable conduct and take all appropriate action in response, without notifying you. Yaxka'an reserves the right to change or supplement its policies regarding prohibited uses at any time.

Your privacy is important to us. Yaxka'an does not disclose any non-public personal information about its clients to non-affiliated third parties, except to provide service or administer the client's account, or as permitted by law. We restrict access to client personal information to those employees who require that information to provide products or services to clients.

Yaxka'an collects non-public personal information about its clients to meet their investment needs, provide client service, offer new products and services, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Each client has the right to direct Yaxka'an not to disclose non-public personal information about that client to a non-affiliated third party. If a client wishes to exercise their right to opt out of Yaxka'an's privacy policy, they must provide a written statement exercising that right. This right to opt out can be exercised at any time and will remain in effect until Yaxka'an receives written notification from the client revoking said right. However, should Yaxka'an be in circumstances where it is required by law to disclose a client's non-public personal information, Yaxka'an must provide the client's information to non-affiliated third parties, even if the client has exercised their right to opt out.

For clients who are investors in any or all of Yaxka'an's private investment vehicles, client information may be used internally to process subscriptions and provide client service. For any managed account client, client information may be used internally to provide advisory services to clients, to open an advisory account and one or more securities brokerage accounts, to process transactions for client accounts, for account maintenance, and to provide investment advisory services.
